I also have locations that would have a Diplomacy web for other locations and races. Right now I have to have two separate articles to do this. Ex: a Species page and a Organizations page for a same race. There's Interspecies Relations in the Species template that could be used as a great place for the Diplomacy web.

I agree that it would be great for the relationships between people. Their opinions towards each other already have numerical values like the diplomatic relationships, and I've definitely found myself wishing for a similar visualization here.
